Colleen's Kickass Cardio

I don't know about you guys, but I am not a huge fan of straight cardio.  10 minutes on the treadmill and I am done simply out of boredom.  So, I have come up with a new cardio routine that seriously works.  It gives you an amazing workout, but it doesn't feel nearly as intense as it actually is just because you are constantly changing up what you are doing. Trust me, you'll be a wonderful, sweaty mess when you get done with this!  Try it, you'll love it just as much as i do::

40 minutes of straight cardio has never felt so good ;)

5 *intense* minutes per machine
NO breaks in between

Elliptical
Stair-master
Treadmill
Bike

-REPEAT-
