Ranch Bread

This is precisely what I am talking about when I mentioned the possibility of some of the recipes being a 0/10 on the healthy scale...BUT so incredibly delicious, especially if you're a bread person like me!

Ingredients::
     1 loaf unsliced italian bread
     8-12 ounces cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded)
     3 ounces bacon bits
     2 tbsp ranch dressing powder
     1/2 cup butter

Directions::
     Preheat oven to 350*
     Cut bread going both ways (like a checkerboard) without going all the way through the loaf
     Place loaf in a baking dish or pan with edges (so liquid won't leak all over)
     Put cheddar & bacon between the slices
     Melt butter and mix with ranch powder
     Pour over bread
     Cover with foil
     Bake for 15 minutes
     Uncover & bake an additional 10 minutes
