6-8 potatoes (cut into approximately 1-inch chunks)
1 packet dry ranch mix
olive oil
non-stick spray
salt & pepper
Directions::
Preheat oven to 425*
Coat potatoes with oil then ranch, salt, & pepper evenly
Spray baking sheet
Bake for 25 minutes or until potatoes are soft
Turn halfway through
